DIGITALSTRATEGY
No strategy, no business
Even if CULTURE eats strategy for breakfast*... strategy is still the best way to perform and grow a business.
Two main things :
1/ always define an objective before a strategy
2/ always build a 3 phases plan for a strategy**
With the flip card template below, imagine 3 flip cards about strategy with one word or question and the proper answer on the back. Send your proposal by email at hubert@kratiroff.com
You will have the pleasure to see the whole class learning on your material!

Second part : present your 6 propositions around the 6 pillars.
Your main client asks you to organize a presentation of your main tools to develop the company.

You will imagine three questions to be asked in the final quiz. It can be any kind of question concerning the strategic class we had on April 24th and 25th. For each question, you will provide a plausible answer.
I will choose the final set of question among your proposition. I will eliminate questions that are : too simple, obvious...
So il you want to have the chance to answer your questions, find the good ones. And the more question I choose from a group, better the grade will be!
